1. Digital Product Delivery

All Tecno Blocks products are delivered digitally. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered when:

  • The purchased product was not accessible due to a technical issue caused by Tecno Blocks.
  • The customer was charged incorrectly.
  • The customer contacted us within 14 days of purchase and has not made significant use of the product, license, or credits.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available when:

  • The product, license, or credits have been significantly used.
  • The customer changed their mind after using the product.
  • The issue is caused by customer device, browser, internet connection, or third-party services outside our control.
  • The purchase was made in violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions

Customers can cancel subscriptions to prevent future renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments unless the refund request meets this policy.

5. Usage Credits

Usage credits may be refundable only if they have not been used and the request is made within the eligible refund period.
